Welcome to the Natural Muscle Building Blog.

This blog is about muscle building and how to build the body you want for yourself without resorting to drugs.

Sure there's going to be some pain involved. The old saying "No gain without pain!" might almost have been written for muscle building. But to be honest you knew that - didn't you? For many people the pain is not just physical but mental as well.

We've all experienced it. Everything's going well with the training and then suddenly you hit a brick wall, reach a plateau where no matter how hard you try you just can't build any more muscle. It's easy to lose heart at this point and give up.

The better option though is to admit you've got something wrong, swallow your pride and find help. Often it's just a small thing that's standing in the way of you building more muscle but you are just too close to the problem to see the wood from the trees. This is when having an experienced friend, personal trainer or a properly organised training program pays off.

Now I can't be your friend because I don't know you and you don't know me but I can help with the sort of muscle building advice a friend, trainer or training program might give.
